Dusmantha Fernando's half-century helped Nondies to 185, despite the efforts of seamer Ross Freeman (6-82). However, an unbeaten 92 from Tew's Shane Faulkner and 56 extras saw the team home at 189-7.

Sameer Faroqi scored 63 for Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts 2nd against Cumnor 2nd. However, Dave Evans mesmerised the tail-enders, taking 3-2 in seven balls as Nondies were dismissed for 184. A quickfire 42 from Alan Cox and a more patient 48 not out from Andy Kelly saw Cumnor home at 185-7 in the last over.

But then Oxford came up against some tight bowling, especially from Scrivener, who recorded 5-40 to help dismiss them for 106, after at one stage being 19-6.
